NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On the July 11 episode of 'Jesse Watters Primetime,' Fox News host Jesse Watters delivered a striking monologue addressing the growing tensions within the Democratic Party, noting that President Joe Biden is about to "realize that the presidency is not the most powerful thing in Washington."

Watters' comments came in the wake of Joe Biden's underwhelming debate performance, which has caused division among Democrats: some support his long career and party endorsement, while others want him to quit the race.

Some Democrats view his performance as so damaging that they are advocating to replace him with a more electable candidate for November, as per ABC News.

Jesse Watters criticizes Democrats amid internal discord over Joe Biden's leadership

"Day three of the Joe Biden hostage crisis, as we witness what political insiders are calling a 'bomb drop' in Washington, the first shots fired in the Democrat's civil war. It was Nancy Pelosi who pulled the trigger on Biden's favorite morning show," Watters began, setting the tone for his commentary on the internal discord plaguing the Democratic Party.

According to him, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is also open to the idea of moving past Biden.

"And just breaking tonight, the first Democrat member of the Senate is calling on Biden to withdraw from the race, Senator Peter Welch of Vermont. And Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is telling donors he's open to dumping Biden. So Nancy and Chuck have formed an alliance, and Biden's countering by sending his staff to Capitol Hill tomorrow to beg," Watters said.

However, not everyone is convinced that Biden's efforts will be fruitful.

Watters pointed out the skepticism within the party, with some emphasizing the importance of Biden's personal involvement.

"But an anonymous Democrat senator calls it a waste of everyone's time if Biden can't even come make the case himself. Biden's done negotiating. CNN reports that Biden is done talking about it, and he's staying in the race," he added.

He also highlighted the delicate nature of the situation, comparing it to a sensitive hostage negotiation.

Watters said, "But this is like a delicate hostage negotiation. If Biden believes only divine intervention could make him step aside, he should be prepared for what lies ahead."

"Biden is about to realize that the presidency is not the most powerful thing in Washington. The Democratic machine is. We are witnessing a D-Day level invasion, air, ground, sea," he added.

Netizens agree with Jesse Watters' remarks on Democratic Party's stance toward Biden

Jesse Watters' remarks struck a chord with numerous viewers, prompting many to voice their opinions on social media regarding the Democratic Party's shifting stance toward Biden.

One viewer expressed, "The democratic machine may be a powerful machine. However, it is made of glass, and it will shatter one day." [sic]

Another viewer shared, "'The Dem machine' insisted through the entire primary season that Biden was their man. One debate later, they (finally) determine that Biden isn't able to win, so panic in their party breaks out. How anyone can vote Democrat is beyond me."

One viewer pointed out, "Dems eating their own brings me very happy thoughts."

A follower observed, "It's true that the Democrat machine is the most powerful thing in Washington. The GOP better prepare, because Democrats have every intention of stealing the election again in November. Will they help them with the steal again, or fight for our vote?"

One comment stated, "He’s too far gone to see what’s going on around him!"

Another comment read, "So do you think Americans now know that the 2020 Election was a sham ? ? ? The Democrat Party is Imploding and all the lies and cover ups that have been going on for Four Years are now coming out. 100% Americans now know you can not trust or believe Liberal Democrats, Fake News, Fake Print, Fake TV, Hollywood, Social Media, and Big Tech."
