Internet ‘disturbed’ as Kimora Lee Simmons' daughter Aoki, 21, spotted kissing restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, 65, during beach outing

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Aoki Lee Simmons, 21, the daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmon, was spotted kissing Serafina Restaurant Group founder Vittorio Assaf, 65, in St Barts earlier this week.

A 44-year age gap exists between Aoki and Vittorio, a father of two.

Aoki is the youngest child of 48-year-old model and tycoon Kimora Lee Simmons and 66-year-old entrepreneur Russell Simmons, and is pursuing a career in fashion.

According to PEOPLE, the 65-year-old founder of Serafina Restaurant Group is dating the 21-year-old model.

"Aoki and Vittorio are spending time together and enjoying each others' company," a source close to Aoki revealed to the outlet. The couple first met while on vacation in St Barths, a popular location for the Simmons family.

In pictures obtained by Page Six exclusively, Kimora and Russell's youngest daughter was spotted indulging in PDA at the beach with the much older Serafina co-founder.

Assaf went shirtless, wearing only a pair of swim trunks with a light blue and white print, while the model wore an olive-green bikini with a tribal print on the front.

At one point, Assaf used his phone to take pictures of Aoki while she posed for him. They also enjoyed a hot kiss on the white sand and a swim in the crystal-clear blue ocean.

The Milan-born businessman gained popularity in 2021 after his ex-wife, former model Charlotte Bonstrom, left him following an extramarital romance with her twin sister’s ex-husband, Thierry Gillier.

At the time, Assaf told Page Six, "Charlotte and I are in the process of getting divorced — she wants to get remarried. [She] is getting married to Thierry Gillier, the ex-husband of her sister."

The millionaire restaurateur was most recently connected to 24-year-old model Nya Gatbel.

Aoki Lee Simmons began modeling at the age of five

Aoki began modeling at the age of five, doing campaigns for Just Fab and her family's Baby Phat label. She debuted on the runway at Pyer Moss Paris Couture in 2021.

She has since appeared in magazines including Vogue, Huffington Post, The Cut, Essence, and Complex, and has graced the covers of Teen Vogue, Rollacoaster, and Flaunt.

Along with these high-end fashion labels, Aoki has collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce & Gabbana, Michael Kors, Monse, Tory Burch, Lacoste, and Kate Spade.

Aoki was revealed as the face of BCBG's campaign for its newest capsule, BCBG New York, on April 3, 2024.

Aoki seemed to address the dating rumors on her Instagram page hours after they were spotted kissing on the beach.

She posted a picture of herself with the message, "Err well now I know why folks were calling me," but she quickly appeared to delete the post, per Daily Mail.

One X (formerly Twitter) user shared the dating update and wrote in part of the caption "Russell Simmons was 35 when he started dating Kimora Lee Simmons, she was 17 and in high school. Now their daughter Aoki Lee Simmons only 21 is dating Vittorio Assaf who is 65. He was 44 years old when she was born."

Others flocked to the comment section to address 44-year age gap romance rumors, with one exclaiming, "This is so disturbing."

 A second one echoed, "My goodness This is not normal, she should be checked cause I’m sure something went down."

"Apple didn’t fall too far from the tree…but I thought her mum paid it ALL and she didn’t need to go same route," noted third one.
