Chiefs star Harrison Butker hailed after he says pro-choice Biden supports 'murder of innocent babies'

ATCHISON, KANSAS: Cheifs Kicker Harrison Butker who is Catholic recently blasted Joe Biden for his pro-choice stance over abortion rights. It all happened while Butker was giving a commencement speech at Benedictine College.

Butker has become well known for his conservative views, often using the bible and his faith as his rationale for his beliefs.

Harrison Butker says Joe Biden supports 'murder of innocent babies' 

Butker shared his thoughts with the Class of 2024 at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Only a few minutes into his remarks, Butker slams Biden, saying, "Our own nation is led by a man who publicly and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith, but at the same time is delusional enough to make the sign of the cross during a pro-abortion rally."

He added, "He has been so vocal in his support for the murder of innocent babies that I'm sure to many people, it appears that you can be both Catholic and pro-choice." 

Butker is reiterating the pro-choice, pro-abortion policies of the Biden administration. This is not the first time Butker has expressed mistrust in Biden to the public. Butker broke ties with a pro-life Latin phrase printed on it near Biden during the Chiefs' 2023 Super Bowl party at the White House.

In the two years since the Republican-dominated Supreme Court reversed Roe v Wade, the ruling that legalized abortion in the US, the debate over a nationwide abortion ban has gained momentum. Butker's protested last June, as the Chiefs celebrated winning last year's Super Bowl.

In the coming months, there will likely be another Kansas City championship party at the White House to commemorate the team's victory over the San Francisco 49ers. The date has not yet been determined. Although "a lot of thinking" went into last year's statement, Butker stated he has no intentions to stage another silent protest of the Biden administration's pro-choice stance.

Butker is a three-time Super Bowl champion known for his outspoken personality among current NFL players opposing President Biden's policies. 

Internet sides with Harrison Butker for 'speaking the truth' 

Several social media users lauded Harrison for speaking against Biden. A user wrote on YouTube, "Freedom of speech should never be allowed to be taken away thank you Harrison for standing up against this evil regime."

Another one hailed Butker, "As a Chiefs fan, I have always appreciated Harrison Butker and his abilities on the football field. But, I have even greater appreciation for his courage to speak The Truth."

One user said, "We all should stand up to what is right and what our believes without being canceled. I’m proud of him"
