LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Adele said that when Lady Gaga attended her Las Vegas residency, 'Weekends with Adele', she "shat" herself "the whole show".

She told 'The Hollywood Reporter' in an interview published on Thursday, December 7, "I've spent a bit of time with her, but I rate her so hard."

Adele said she was 'nervous'

She added, "I was like, 'The show's terrible. It's rubbish. I'm singing terribly. I'm not funny. My dress is rubbish this week,'" she recalled, as reported by PageSix.

"I was judging myself. And she's not like that. But she made me really, really nervous."

Adele also claimed she never knew who would be in the audience, even though hitmakers like Shania Twain, Jennifer Lopez, and even the physician who delivered her now-9-year-old son Angelo, have visited her residency.

Adele said Lady Gaga 'came in disguise'

Adele said she was aware that the 37-year-old Gaga would be present, though. "She came in disguise. Well, not in disguise, she just wasn't dressed up," the 'Rolling in the Deep' hitmaker, 35, said.

Adele mentioned that while her residency at Caesars Palace's The Colosseum has drawn a lot of interest, there is one person she still hopes to see there.

She revealed to 'The Hollywood Reporter', "The only person I want to see it that hasn't yet is my mum."

She added, "I'm going to wait — I want her to see it at the end. Because I think she'll find it really emotional as well."

'Weekends with Adele' began airing in November 2022, following a nine-month hiatus caused by production-related problems.

At that time when she made the last-minute announcement, the distraught singer said she was "gutted" to have to cancel on her fans so quickly and that she and her crew had been "awake for over 30 hours now trying to figure it out" .
