INDIO, CALIFORNIA: Will Smith made a surprise appearance at Coachella on Sunday, April 14, as he joined J Balvin on the stage.
The 55-year-old actor was dressed as Agent J from 'Men in Black' and performed his hit song from the 1997 film, much to the crowd's delight.
Will Smith’s surprise appearance at Coachella
Smith appeared in the middle of Balvin’s UFO-themed set, wearing a black suit and shades, reminiscent of his character in 'Men in Black'.
He shouted, “Coachella!” before the track began. Smith and Balvin, 38, stood center stage, rapping the lyrics to the hit song.
As the track reached the iconic dance breakdown, the pair performed the steps in unison along with backing dancers dressed as agents and aliens, People reported.
The performance took place in front of a giant alien head, a classic depiction of a 'Grey' with a bald, strangely shaped head and large, black, oval-shaped eyes.
