LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jill Duggar has been showered with love and support online as she posted baby bump photos of her after tragically losing the baby due to stillbirth.

Jill Duggar shares her grief by posting photos of happier times

Photos posted on Monday, April 29, on Instagram showed the '19 Kids and Counting' star flaunting her bump while donning a long dress.

However, the last photo of Jill and her husband Derick Dillard showed them carrying a memorial item along with a blanket inscribed with their baby's name — Isla Marie Dillard.

The 32-year-old author captioned the emotional post: "The baby bump photos we were so excited to share, but didn’t get to before she was gone.”

Jill Duggar was 4 months pregnant when she lost her baby

The recent post came days after in mid-April, Jill and her husband Derick Dillard announced to the world about their devastating loss.

Jill and Derick Dillard’s other children were ‘excited’ for their new sibling

The couple continued, “From the moment we found out we were pregnant, we couldn’t wait to meet our baby. Isla was much loved from the start, and her 3 big brothers were so excited to introduce her to their world.”

“We appreciate your prayers as we continue to grieve and heal from the loss of our little Isla Marie,” the pair added at the time.

Jill and Derick have been married for ten years and are parents to nine-year-old Israel David, Samuel Scott, 6, and 21-month-old Frederick 'Freddy' Michael.
