LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: William Leonard Roberts II, better known by his stage name Rick Ross, has just become the subject of online ridicule.

The 47-year-old rapper reportedly made a recent proposition to 50 Cent, offering $2 million to purchase the G-Unit catalog and the 'Beg for Mercy' masters.

Yet, the internet community remains skeptical, anticipating a scorching retort from 50 Cent, the 'Get Rich or Die Tryin' hitmaker who is renowned for his biting humor and roasts.

After Fif claimed that the lyrics to Ross' 2013 single 'U.O.E.N.O' were super creepy and caused him to lose liquor sponsorships, Ross fired back by proposing to buy out the contracts of the long-standing G-Unit members.

In an Instagram video, Ross referred to Fifty as a "diabolical genius" and mentioned that he heard Young Buck's music collection was valued at $725,000.

"I can only assume that Lloyd Banks' is worth about the same," Ross said. "So I say let's make it and keep it simple: throw Tony Yayo in there, I can give you $1.5 [million]."

Ross clarified that he didn't need the entire G-Unit catalog and offered an additional $500,000 for the masters of G-Unit's 2003 album, 'Beg for Mercy'.

"So that's $2 million dollars. I'm making a business offer to the diabolical genius," Ross continued.

In a subsequent video, Ross proudly displayed his bling while raising a toast with a bottle of Luc Belaire champagne. "Let's do some bidness!" he exclaimed.

Before that, he said, "Let me know, Diabolical Genius. Let me know if you want the wire or if you just want the watch and the pinky ring, it's the same thing. You let me know."
