LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sean 'Diddy' Combs has officially severed ties with Revolt TV, the media company he founded in 2013.

According to sources familiar with the transaction, Diddy recently sold off all of his shares in Revolt TV to an undisclosed buyer, marking a significant shift in ownership for the company.

While the exact details of the deal remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that Revolt TV will continue to be Black-owned, maintaining its original connection and commitment to promoting and advancing Black culture.

The new owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous for the time being, reportedly shares a profound passion for Black culture and intends to make a formal introduction to the public in the coming weeks.

Diddy's departure from Revolt TV comes after his resignation as chairman in November last year. The sale of his shares was finalized this week, with both parties reportedly satisfied with the outcome of the transaction.

Despite the change in ownership, Revolt's CEO Detavio Samuels and Chief Brand Officer Deon Graham will retain their positions and provide assistance to the new owner during the transition period.

Sources close to the matter have indicated that there are no immediate plans for significant changes to staffing or production at Revolt TV. However, it is expected that the new owner will gradually implement their vision for the company over time, ushering in a new era for the media outlet.

While the timing of the sale coincides with recent events involving Diddy, including the raids on his properties, sources insist that the negotiations for the sale had been underway well before these incidents occurred.

Diddy's recent sale of his shares in Revolt TV has sparked a flurry of reactions across the internet, with some users expressing satisfaction and others criticizing the move.

One user remarked, "Finally getting his Karma."

Another user took a more cynical view, drawing parallels between Diddy's actions and those of disgraced musician R Kelly, stating, "Diddy is the prime example of 'I did it' by the way he’s selling things and reacting. He should have taken tips from R Kelly."

Amidst the discourse, a user reflected on the theme of power, commenting, "Yes he is power gone wild. Nothing is bigger than God."

Meanwhile, another user seemed resigned to the idea, stating, "We already knew that. They were the 1st," suggesting that Diddy's sale of shares was perhaps inevitable or unsurprising to some observers.

One user speculated on the motivations behind Diddy's decision, suggesting a strategic move to distance himself from potential legal troubles, "Smart move. His associates don’t want nothing to do with the lawsuit. And rather than get voted out as president of his own company, he sells."
