LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Brooklyn Beckham joined wife Nicola Peltz in celebrating her father Nelson Peltz’s 83rd birthday just weeks after they were no-shows at David Beckham’s lavish 50th birthday party.
Their tribute to Nelson on social media added fuel to ongoing rumors of a rift between Brooklyn and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.

The 26-year-old hot sauce entrepreneur shared a smiling photo of himself and Nicola with her billionaire father on Tuesday, June 25.
“Happy Birthday Nelson x we love you,” Brooklyn wrote in the caption of his Instagram Story.
Nicola, 30, added her own tribute to her father with a throwback photo of the two from her childhood. “Happy birthday to my king!!!” she wrote.
“I’m so lucky to call you my dad you’re the most loving and supportive dad I could ever dream of! I love you so much!!! I hope all your wishes come true!!”

Their public praise of Nelson came weeks after they noticeably missed David Beckham’s birthday celebration, raising questions about tension within the Beckham family.

“Brooklyn told his family he wants no contact and he’s not responding to those that try to connect,” a source told Page Six.

Social media users reacted strongly to Brooklyn’s birthday post for Nicola’s father.
“Brooklyn WILL regret this. He just doesn't know it yet. His wife rules the roost,” one user wrote on X.
Another added, “I have an immature son being controlled by his wife who convinced him to not go to college, not to join the military (something he planned as soon as he could speak), and to not speak to his family... the Beckhams should be kind of relieved that their weak-willed son is gone.”
