Olivia Newton-John's publicist claims late actress would have loved Taylor Swift in 'Grease' role
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: According to Olivia Newton-John's representative, the late singer was a Swiftie and would have enjoyed the old-school Taylor Swift pictures from 'Grease'.
In an interview with TMZ on Friday, February 2, Michael Caprio—who has been the late star's agent for more than 25 years—stated that Olivia would have been "tickled" to see Taylor Swift's retrieved 'Grease' images from 2000.
Photos of Taylor as a little girl, never before seen, were released this week, where the 'Bad Blood' singer plays Sandy from the 1978 movie 'Grease', a role made famous by Olivia.

Olivia Newton-John 'was a fan of Taylor Swift's talent', claims publicist
Olivia's longtime publicist Michael Caprio asserted that Taylor's revelation would have thrilled Olivia—who died in 2022 following a long battle with breast cancer—saying she "had the greatest respect for Taylor as an artist and she was a fan of her talent."

He continued by saying that in 2010, the 'Physical' hitmaker took a group of her pals to see Taylor perform in Miami. As Caprio remembers, Olivia told him she felt "Taylor was such a sweet, talented and smart girl" and she couldn't stop praising the show.
Taylor Swift fans excited after seeing her as 'Grease's Sandy
Taylor Swift fans went wild after never-before-seen childhood photographs of the actress playing Sandy in the musical 'Grease' were unveiled earlier this week by actor Tobin Mitnick.
The singer, 34, who is currently the most famous popstar in the world, looked adorable in the role made famous by Olivia when she was 10 years old and costarred with Mitnick, who played Danny Zuko in the classic 1978 movie.
In the photos, the pop star performed 'You're The One That I Want' during the last scene of her school's rendition of the popular musical while sporting a blonde wig and a black top.
Mitnick wrote in the caption of the post: "Thank you mom for digging these pics of @taylorswift and I harmonizing like buttah on summer nights twenty five years ago out of storage. Also trav the note is an f-sharp if youre interested. June 2000"
