READING, PENNSYLVANIA: Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania found an adorable way to commemorate the 11 babies born on December 13 - music superstar and Pennsylvania native Taylor Swift's 34th birthday.

Hospital staff gifted handmade beaded bracelets modeled after the ones handed out during Swift's recent Eras tour to families visiting the newborns in the maternity ward and NICU on Swift's birthday, as reported by PEOPLE Magazine.

Reading Hospital staff created 60 bracelets with phrases like 'Newborn Era'

"In celebration of Berks County native Taylor Swift's birthday, our babies are marking their ✨newborn era✨ today with adorable friendship bracelets from our staff!" the hospital announced via social media along with photos of the bracelets.

"Here’s to celebrating the spirit of connection and the beginning of many cherished bonds among our newest stars.🌟🥳."

The bracelets contained fun phrases like 'Newborn Era,' 'Fierce,' and 'Loved' - nods to Swift's music and persona. In total, around 60 brightly-colored friendship bracelets were handed out on Swift's birthday. Though too large for the newborns to wear just yet, the keepsakes can be saved for them to enjoy when they get older.

Hospital staff wanted to create a special memento to commemorate the occasion of sharing a birthday with one of music's biggest global superstars.

Reading Hospital administration hails maternity ward's delightful initiative

“The ERAS-style friendship bracelets were such a fun way to celebrate the shared birthdays between Taylor Swift and our babies,” said Dr K Ashley Brandt, Obstetrics Section Chief at Reading Hospital.

“While I obviously don't know Taylor personally, I would hope she'd approve of the way we honored her legacy and mutual birthday with our newborns.”

Charles F Barbera, MD, President and CEO of Reading Hospital, shared his admiration for the hospital's hardworking maternity and NICU staff members, saying, “It was a fun moment to provide families with a keepsake for their baby books. Our maternal and NICU staff members are incredible. They are truly like family. Each day, they go above and beyond to care for the babies born here."

Barbera expressed his appreciation for the staff, adding, "We appreciate the recognition they are receiving for their hard work and for their dedication to making sure every family feels loved and cared for while at Reading Hospital.”
