MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: On a recent episode of 'The Daily Show,' Jon Stewart tuned into the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, where various figures aligned with former President Donald Trump took to the stage to vocally support their candidate.

While many of these endorsements were enthusiastic, some were also quite peculiar.

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s eccentric speech at the RNC

One of the most notable moments of oddity was the speech delivered by fervent MAGA supporter Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Stewart said, "One particularly fiery member of Congress struggled mightily as her body rejected the unity theme as though it were transplanted like a monkey heart."

Greene praised Trump's virtues with behavior and expressions that appeared somewhat eccentric, characterized by an unsettling grin and a series of peculiar, repetitive giggles.

Greene said, "The founding father of the America First movement Donald John Trump! … Make America Successful Again! [weird giggle] … Wealthy Again! [weird giggle] … The country we deserve! [weird giggle]."

Stewart specifically remarked on Greene's performance, reflecting on the dissonance he observed in her delivery.

Jon Stewart ponders if MTG realizes how peculiar she sounds during her RNC speech

Jon Stewart commented on Marjorie Taylor Greene's presentation, pondering whether she was aware of the unusual sounds she was making.

He remarked, “She knows she’s making that noise, right? Or is that the noise she makes when the interior monologue is going, ‘Marjorie, there’s gonna be plenty of time to talk about Satanic Democrats, just keep it in. Marjorie, just–NNNNNGGGGGGGGHHHH.’ ‘This is, this is hard to do–NNNNNGGGGHHHHHH.’”

Stewart's critique extended to include Sen Ron Johnson (R-WI), whom he had previously criticized. Stewart pointed out that Johnson delivered a confrontational speech based on an outdated draft loaded into the teleprompter, despite later efforts to shift to a more conciliatory tone for the convention.
