'It's abuse': Kim Kardashian explains feelings after being ruthlessly booed at Tom Brady's Netflix roast
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Comedian Nikki Glaser recently shared insights into how Kim Kardashian truly felt after being mercilessly booed during Netflix's Tom Brady roast, as reported by Radar Online.
Exposing a private message sent by Kardashian herself, Glaser shed light on the reality star's reaction to the hostile reception she received.
Kim Kardashian's experience at Tom Brady's Netflix roast
During the live taping of the event, Kardashian faced a barrage of boos from the audience, reportedly prompted by references to her past feud with Taylor Swift.
Sources close to Kardashian revealed that she was visibly upset by the incident, with Glaser confirming this sentiment and disclosing Kardashian's comparison of the experience to "abuse."
During an interview on the 'We're Here To Help' podcast with Jake Johnson and Gareth Reynolds, the female comedian, who won the award for best roast of the night, revealed that "Kim Kardashian DMed" her "on the way in."
"She said, 'You killed it on the roast,' pretty much. I wrote back, 'Kim, oh my god. I was trying to make eye contact with you every chance I could to mouth to you, ‘you f------ killed, girl,'" Glaser shared.
The podcaster thanked the SKIMS founder for writing to her and being "so nice."
Glaser initially thought the conversation would end there, but Johnson and Reynolds encouraged her to check if Kardashian had replied. Glaser laughed, joking that it would be "so anticlimactic if she didn’t."
However, Kardashian did reply saying, "Aww thanks! And YOU killed it. I don’t know how you do this — it’s abuse lol."
Despite the friendly exchange on social media, Glaser humorously downplayed the possibility of a budding friendship between herself and Kardashian, suggesting that the reality star did not indicate any desire to hang out further.

Kardashian's participation in the Brady roast alongside a star-studded lineup, including Kevin Hart, Jeff Ross, and Ben Affleck, was met with a strong and unexpected reaction from the audience. Reports suggest that Kardashian, while initially thrown off by the intensity of the booing, has since come to terms with the experience, recognizing the nature of a roast event.
"Kim expected some jokes to be sent her way, maybe some backlash because there are always haters, but this was way more than she ever expected," an insider spilled to Daily Mail. "She was thrown off her game and it caught her off guard."
"She tried to take it in stride because it is a roast, but she didn't like the boos. It made her upset, but a day or two removed from being in the lion's den, she is OK with it, but Sunday night was brutal and really rattled her," they added.
Another source corroborated the claims, revealing that the heckling was even worse inside.
"The number of boos that Kim got was even worse inside the building, the telecast didn't pick up the brunt of it," they said.
"There were chants of Thank You Aimee. There were people that hated that she was there, and every time someone made fun of her, it was easily one of the most well-received jokes on the night."
Yet another source said, "This was live, which made it worse. Unlike the reality show, she cannot edit anything out."
