LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Brittany Snow has opened up on being single after her divorce from 34-year-old ex-husband Tyler Stanaland.

During an appearance on Alexandra Cooper’s 'Call Her Daddy' podcast on Wednesday, March 27, the 38-year-old spoke about her life after her 2023 divorce.

"I've been — let's use air-quotes here — 'single,' weirdly,” Snow said according to People.

“I'm not saying weirdly like it's so weird for me to be single; I'm saying weirdly because it's very easy for me to get in a relationship,” she added.

Brittany Snow says she is trying to be alone

The 'Pitch Perfect' star added, “And I've been actively trying to be alone and be with myself and just feel the feelings and not have to Band-Aid it with sparkly, shiny, you know, emotional thing.” “I've been in and out of things a little bit, but nothing concretely. When did Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland get married?

Snow and Stanaland first tied the knot in March 2020 in Malibu. However, a couple of years later, they announced their separation with identical statements on Instagram in September 2022. "After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate," wrote Snow at the time, adding "This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives."

A source told People at the time that Stanaland being on the show and their personal lives being publicized "broke them." They added, "They had issues before, but this is the final straw." Brittany Snow opens up on keeping herself following the divorce

Meanwhile, Snow, who starred in the Academy Award-nominated short film 'Red, White and Blue', opened up to the outlet about pouring herself into her work ahead of the 2024 Oscars in February. “It's been really challenging,” she said of the past year, adding that it’s also “been really great.”

Snow said that she’s also been focused on doing the things she enjoys, adding, “I think when you open yourself up to new experiences and new people, things just sort of fall into place when you put yourself in the right headspace."
