NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: James Carville has churned a new theory about President Donald Trump, claiming the POTUS' "idiot war" plans could be the result of an undiagnosed case of syphilis.

The 80-year-old political consultant alleged that Trump can wear makeup on his face, but he cannot "cover up the slurred language, the stupidity, the ravenous effects this has on a person’s body, on their mind, on everything else."

This came just a few days before the 79-year-old president ordered the US military to bombard Iran's three key nuclear sites, Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, in an operation codenamed "Midnight Hammer."

James Carville questions Donald Trump’s mental capacity

The ‘Take It Back’ author started the Thursday, June 19 episode of his podcast 'Politics War Room' by pointing out the red splotches on Trump’s hand, which first caught the public eye in January 2024.

Carville alleged that the splotches on Trump’s hand "could be a professional sign of syphilis, a venereal disease, a tertiary syphilis."

According to the Wrap, the consultant added that the matter was never thoroughly investigated, and the political news cycle went on to other topics, leaving the world waiting to see if Trump will try to have Congress allow US involvement in Israel and Iran's war.

“Does anybody really think the son of a b***h knows where Iran is?” Carvilla questioned, adding, “Of course you don’t. He has no f**king idea. He has no idea what a Sunni or what a Shia is. He has no idea what a Persian is. He has no idea of anything.”

“It’s obvious that he’s had, like all people, older people, me included, he’s had some diminished capacity. Fortunately, I’m unable to start a war. Unfortunately, he is, which makes a lot of difference,” he added.

He then went on to add, "What’s happening right now is a guy is starting to talk about hauling off and starting to war and who very well, reasonably … could have a really diseased mental capacity, above and beyond just the normal effects of aging and what comes with that."

James Carville urges political pundits to investigate his theory

Later, the left-leaning podcaster pleaded with researchers and political analysts to consider his theory, which he had previously defended on multiple occasions.

“We’re not being served by sitting here silently and you’re not being served by a commentariat that basically has one thumb up his a** and one thumb in its mouth and is switching every f**king 30 seconds. Go do your job,” he said.

“Find out what’s going on with his hand. Find out what’s going on with his capacity. Have people look at his slurred language. Have people look at the deterioration that’s going on right now and the madness and the corruption and all of the other s–t that’s going on … Look at what’s right in front of you,” he claimed.

He then went on to rant that the mark should be investigated as quickly as possible because "he may plunge us into some idiot war and you know these things are conducive, they have a lot of consequences, a lot of long-term consequences."
