LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During a recent Facebook Live session, Ohio Senator JD Vance unintentionally provided a moment of comic relief with a technical blunder that left viewers both amused and questioning his capability as a potential running mate for Donald Trump in 2024.

As Vance began his livestream, viewers quickly noticed that the campaign sign behind him was flipped as it was a mirrored video image.

Initially, JD Vance appeared confused, glancing back at the sign as if he expected the mere act of looking at it to correct the situation.

Attempting to fix the problem, Vance rotated his camera upside down, only to find that this solution did not work. Vance then looked back at his campaign sign which was still mirrored, but now upside down as well.

Meanwhile, in the video JD Vance was been seen asking, "Flip what? This is what the sign is. How weird. Let me flip that I see.. Can we flip that? It's not like that most of the time."

"Just leave it. Just stand in front of it," he was heard mumbling.

After several awkward moments trying to adjust the setup, he ultimately gave up and resumed the session.

This blunder sparked a wave of mockery online, with critics taking to social media to express their disbelief at Vance's attempt to turn his camera upside down to flip a mirrored video image.

Vance earlier faced significant backlash for his "childless cat ladies" remark aimed at Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris, and other Democrats. He also came under fire for his comments on abortion rights and other important issues.

As JD Vance continued his livestream, the commentary on X,  formerly Twitter, became a source of entertainment.

This incident comes at a time when Vance is navigating his own political identity, having shifted from being a critic of Donald Trump to a staunch supporter.

One user wrote, "And to think people believe he's smarter than Trump."

Another user commented, "Graduated from Yale, Folks. Unbelievable..."

One replied, "Imagine this man being a fat orange heart attack away from being the most powerful person in the world."

Another said, "Isn't he supposed to be some kind of Tech Genius? WTF?"

A user added, "Hilarious and he is posting it aswell!"

One remarked, "JDV is a leftover from the 70‘s when teachers tried to manage overhead projectors."

A person added, "Dumb and Dumber."

Another commented, "Maybe a teleprompter would have helped?"

One user noted, "His age is more than his IQ."
