Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo list their $7M Tennessee home after finalizing divorce: Report
FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE: Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have reportedly taken another major step after ending their marriage.
The former couple is now selling their Franklin, Tennessee, home and listed it for under $7 million on Wednesday, September 30, TMZ reported, citing real estate sources.

The publication further reported that the customized house was built on ten acres and features five bedrooms and seven baths, along with more than 7,000 square feet of living space.
Other amenities include an outdoor kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as a fully appointed resort-style pool.
The listing came months after the country singer and the podcast host finalized their divorce in July, which included division of their assets, like properties, furniture, aircraft, vehicles, and debt.
As part of the agreement, the 41-year-old father of two also gave a one-time payment to his ex-wife with whom he exchanged vows in 2016.
Jelly Roll called Bunnie Xo his 'best friend'
In June, the Grammy winner addressed his divorce while on stage at the Saratoga Springs, New York, stop of his Little A** Shed Tour.
Jelly Roll reportedly said, “While we're talking about liars, the internet is a liar too. This is the only time and the only city I'm going to speak about this, so break your camera phones out now.”
“Me and my wife are best friends, we will always be best friends. I will love her. She will probably be the only woman I'll ever love the way I loved her,” the rapper, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, added.
Bunnie Xo shared she and Jelly Roll were having a baby together after divorce
Jelly Roll’s comment came soon after the ‘Dumb Blonde Podcast’ host revealed on her show that she and her ex-husband were “still having a baby together.”
“So, we have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered. We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other,” Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa Andrea DeFord, shared.
She also added at the time that their “future is so much more important and being happy and healthy and best friends through this is probably the biggest gift that we could have given each other.”
Bunnie Xo claimed her and Jelly Roll's divorce 'was not mutual'
The 46-year-old even disclosed that their divorce “was not mutual. Even though I told him to file the divorce papers, I was speaking out of anger and frustration.”
“But was it necessary for us to have a wake-up call and to actually start having these real conversations? Absolutely,” Bunnie asserted.
