Bunnie Xo defends romance with Dylan Wolf after Jelly Roll divorce: 'He gave my smile back'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bunnie Xo is enjoying her new chapter with Dylan Wolf. 'The Dumb Blonde' podcaster defended their blossoming connection after taking him to Waffle House for his first meal at the restaurant chain.
She also addressed their growing bond after a video she shared on Sunday, September 20, showed them canoodling inside a booth. Bunnie described herself as having fun and said Wolf "gave my smile back.”

In the video, Wolf fed Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, bites of his chocolate chip pancake. He also playfully pulled the fork away as she leaned in, prompting Bunnie to flirtatiously push him. She captioned the post, “Scattered & Chunked pls.”
Bunnie responded to the attention in the comments, writing, “Hey guys, I’m having fun & he gave my smile back. Ya girl is living her best life — let m k thanks bye." Bunnie’s romance with Wolf appears to be her first since her divorce from Jelly Roll in May after 10 years of marriage.
She and Wolf first sparked dating rumors over the Fourth of July when they were spotted kissing during a celebration at her ex-husband’s Goodnight Nashville bar.
According to Bunnie, Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, had no problems with the PDA-filled outing. During the July 10 episode of her podcast, she said, “He gets it. Not an issue at all.”
Bunnie also said the criticism should instead focus on someone filming a woman trying to move forward with her life after having “been through hell this entire year.” She questioned why people could not let her have a moment and clarified that she and Wolf were “not dating.”
“I don’t want to date anyone,” Bunnie said, adding, “I am here for fun, baby. I am having fun.”

Jelly Roll has also moved on from the breakup. Bunnie said on her podcast in June, “Has my husband started dating? Yes, he has—and we're happy for him,” adding that she was “excited to discover myself single.”
The country star filed for divorce in May 2026, according to Tennessee court records. He listed May 9, 2026, as their date of separation in the filing. Bunnie later explained that the couple had a falling out on Mother’s Day 2026 following more than a year of poor communication.
However, she clarified that they would continue to co-parent and remain best friends, something Jelly Roll also agreed with.
At a June 18 concert, Jelly Roll said, “Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends.” He added, “Bunnie, I love you, baby. Thank you for those 10 years. They were incredible. Thank you for the next 10 years of friendship and 20 beyond that.”
As part of their divorce settlement, he agreed to give Bunnie the “dream home” they had been building together, along with some financial support. She shared on her podcast, “My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms.”
