Jennifer Aniston opens up about ‘deep fear’ boyfriend Jim Curtis is helping her overcome
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Jennifer Aniston recently showed off her relationship with boyfriend Jim Curtis as she publicly interviewed him to mark the release of his new book, ‘The Book of Possibility’.
The ‘Friends’ actress and Curtis have been dating for over a year now.

During the event, the A-lister disclosed a “deep fear” that Curtis is helping her overcome during the event held on Wednesday, September 2, at Kaufmann Concert Hall at 92NY Residence in New York City, New York.
“This is very, very exciting. It is quite an honor to be here, especially with you, Jim Curtis,” Aniston said as the conversation between her and the author went on for 30 minutes.

Later, a Q & A session happened during which the 57-year-old star was asked about
“one possibility [she is] choosing today,” as she shared that she’s “choosing to overcome a very deep, deep fear of public speaking” to do the event with Curtis.
Regarding handling stress, Aniston added, “I think I'm doing really well. Deep breaths and meditation. Truly. It is five deep, deep breaths. Focus. Take a moment.”
Jim Curtis asks people not to 'live in your suffering'
The ‘We Are The Millers’ star’s transformational coach boyfriend also talked about his personal struggles, including suffering partial paralysis and chronic nerve damage in his early 20s.
“I'm not saying here that if the doctor tells you to do something, you should get up and leave. What I'm saying is you don't have to live as the victim. You don't have to live in your suffering. It can become your power,” he told the audience.

Eventually, Aniston left the stage after giving a hug to Curtis in front of the crowd as the hypnotist directly addressed them.

“How many people here meditate on a regular basis? And be honest, how many people here just came here to see Jennifer Aniston interview me?” he said, before adding, “How many people here, despite that, are willing to try some meditation? How many people here are worried I’m going to try to hypnotize you and you’ll act like a chicken?”
This came after Curtis gushed about Aniston during the August 31 episode of ‘The Jamie Kern Lima Show’.
He shared, “My experience of her is so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving. I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted and kind and loving.”
