Jennifer Garner reacts with panic and amusement as chicken flies on her head

The actress shared a collection of videos and photos on Saturday, October 12, celebrating her connection to farming and the legacy of her family farm, but the post wasn’t without its mishaps.

The star’s post gave fans a glimpse of her playful spirit and the love she holds for agriculture, though she had a less-than-ideal encounter with a feathered friend.

In a humorous and relatable first video, Garner can be seen riding a toy tractor, embracing her playful side.

Dressed in blue denim overalls, she looks every bit the part of a country girl. Behind her, a real chicken is perched in a small cart attached to the tractor.

Things took a hilarious turn when, as she made a sharp corner, the chicken suddenly flew up and landed on her head. Clearly startled, Garner exclaimed, “I don’t like this!” as the chicken flapped its wings in her hair.

Garner’s reaction was a mix of panic and amusement, but she quickly recovered her composure.

Trying to maintain her sense of humor, she jokingly added, “I don’t have that much love for chickens,” followed by an exaggerated cough, much to the delight of her fans.

Jennifer Garner’s appreciation for farming goes deeper than her fun Instagram post

The lighthearted post didn’t stop there. In a series of additional clips, Jennifer Garner shared more of her adventures, from planting trees to harvesting crops, all while maintaining her cheerful and quirky persona.

In one scene, she’s shown carefully planting a tree in the soil, even giving it a kiss before standing back to admire her work.

A time-lapse clip follows, showing Garner repeatedly visiting the tree, tending to it as it grows—though at one point, she even gets a little soil in her mouth, laughing it off as part of the job.

In another clip, the actress can be seen singing as she drives a tractor, this time harvesting sweet potatoes with enthusiasm.

Whether it’s working with farm machinery or tending to her crops, Garner is seen fully immersed in her role as a farmer, offering her followers a glimpse into a world far from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.

Garner’s appreciation for farming goes deeper than her fun Instagram post.

The actress has long embraced her family’s agricultural roots, which are tied to Locust Grove, a piece of land in Oklahoma that her grandparents bought in 1936.

According to The Oklahoman, Garner eventually purchased the farm from her uncle Robert in 2017 and has since dedicated it to growing crops that are used in her organic baby food company, Once Upon a Farm.
