Lopez, 55, spoke about her emotional growth in the recap video. "I am very proud of how I handle all the things. All the things," she said in one of the interview clips included in the video.

Reflecting on her challenges, Jennifer Lopez added, "In my low moments, I've learned to just feel the feelings and then let them go."
She shared optimism about the future, saying, "What a journey this has been. I honestly feel that the best is yet to come."
The video notably excluded Affleck, 52, whom Lopez filed for divorce from in August after two years of marriage.
Earlier in December, she attended a play featuring Affleck's child Seraphina, 15, and her own child Emme, 16.
"I can sit here with my heart and soul intact, and still feel really full of love," Lopez said in another interview clip featured in the video. She ended the montage with text overlayed that read, "See you in 2025!"
