Jeweler offers Travis Kelce 'extraordinary' $1M ring for free amid rumors of engagement with Taylor Swift
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA: Amid rumors of an impending engagement, Philadelphia-based jewelry designer Steven Singer is so excited about the possibility of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting engaged that he is offering the NFL player a $1 million custom-made ring for free.
The jewelry designer said the reason he wanted to create such a poignant item for the couple for free is "deeply personal."
Singer's extravagant gesture follows the exclusive Page Six revelation that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the 'Blank Space' hitmaker were already planning to advance their relationship.
The Chiefs tight end has reportedly started brainstorming ideas for Swift's "special" engagement ring, despite the fact it appears doubtful that he would pop the question to his singer girlfriend anytime soon.
The NFL star reportedly has been discussing with friends and family about how to make sure the diamond sparkler he picks out for the 'Lover' singer would be "unique."

"If they do, I would be honored to help design a truly extraordinary ring exclusively for them."
"My daughter is an avid fan of Taylor Swift, and we admire not only her but also the values she champions," Singer said, laughing that "by presenting them with the ring of their dreams, it might make securing concert tickets for her next tour a tad easier."
Singer even has a plan in mind, speculating that the 'Love Story' hitmaker would be fond of an Art Deco-inspired platinum ring set with 7.5 carats of emerald-cut Earth Born diamonds, "with colorless, eye-flawless, real diamonds."
Additionally, Singer states that if Kelce and Swift choose to pay for the ring themselves—given their combined estimated net worth is close to $800 million—he will donate the money to the charity of their choice.

Source claims Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift engagement rumors to be false
Page Six previously reported that Swift and Kelce have been discussing their future together, which may include getting married.
An insider told the publication, "Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan. They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July."
They are postponing the engagement, it was said, because "they don’t want it to seem like it’s rushed insanity."
Though a wedding may take place in the future, an insider subsequently stated that the claims were untrue and that "they haven’t even been together for a year yet and still have so much to learn about each other."
According to a TMZ report, people close to the couple maintain it is still too early to determine if they will ever go past the "honeymoon" stage of dating.
"He isn't going to propose to her anytime soon, so no one should get those hopes up, but he has talked to family and friends about what he could do that would be special for an engagement ring," a second insider told Daily Mail.
The insider further added: "Travis' career is a major focus for the next several weeks. He has to get the job done. He wants another Super Bowl ring, but it is safe to say that there is room to think about Taylor."
"And when it comes to Taylor, he loves her and sees a future with her and has thought about what a ring for her would be like as well," the insider said.
