LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jimmy Kimmel is among those raising eyebrows at Elon Musk’s peculiar appearance at a Trump rally over the weekend.

The late-night host dismissed the surprising duo as “Twitterdee and Twitterdum” and remarked that their joint appearance offered a rare sighting of “two devils making a deal with each other.”

Jimmy Kimmel referenced Donald Trump, whom he humorously dubbed “Gordon Scamsey,” as he noted that Musk took the stage in Pennsylvania. He quipped, “Say what you like about Elon, the man is absolutely dripping with charisma.”

To illustrate his point, Kimmel aired a clip that suggested the opposite, showcasing Musk’s awkward jump onto the stage, complete with edited “Super Mario Bros.” sound effects.

“It’s so graceful. It’s like being on the Serengeti, and seeing a gazelle in its natural habitat,” Kimmel joked. He likened the moment to a classic 80s comedy freeze frame that explains what happened, adding, “They’re both so terrible—Twitterdee and Twitterdum.”

Jimmy Kimmel also displayed a photo of Elon Musk and Donald Trump shaking hands during the event, stating that it encapsulated the moment perfectly: “It tells you all you need to know about [it], because it’s rare you get to see two devils making a deal with each other. But it does happen.”

This led Kimmel to reflect on the recent history between Trump and Musk, pointing out that they haven’t always been friends. He recalled Trump previously calling Musk a “BS artist” and shared a post in which Trump mentioned Musk’s visit to the Oval Office, saying, “I could have said drop to your knees and beg and he would have done it.”

Kimmel continued by quoting Musk from 2022, where he stated, “Trump would be 82 at the end of the term, which is too old to be chief executive of anything, let alone the United States of America. I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset.”

“And now they’re really good pals. Isn’t that something?” Kimmel concluded, highlighting the remarkable shift in their relationship.
