WASHINGTON, DC: Joe Biden's aides are concerned about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticizing the POTUS during his address to a joint session of the United States Congress in late July, reported Fox News.

The Biden officials feel Netanyahu may utilize the forum to claim the United States has not done enough to support Israel's war against Gaza after he made a series of public statements — including one in a video address delivered in English — accusing the administration of withholding more military aid than has been publicly disclosed.

A senior official told Politico, "(Netanyahu's) video this week was not helpful at all. And he could make it far worse up there in front of Congress,” while another shared, "No one knows what he’s going to say.”

The allegations leveled by Netanyahu have been categorically denied by the Biden administration, with White House national security spokesman John Kirby claiming to be "perplexed" by them.

"We generally do not know what he’s talking about," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre noted about Netanyahu's statements.

Complaints voiced by Benjamin Netanyahu

In a video message shared earlier in June, the Israeli Prime Minister reportedly stated, "I greatly appreciate the support of President Biden and the American administration for Israel. Since the start of the war, the US. has given us support in spirit and in material – defensive and offensive means."

"But four months ago, there was a dramatic decrease in the munitions coming to Israel from the U.S. For long weeks, we turned to our American friends and requested that the shipments be expedited," Netanyahu continued. "We did this time and again."

"We did so at the highest levels, and at all levels, and I want to emphasize – we did so behind closed doors. We received all sorts of explanations, but one thing we did not receive; the basic situation did not change. Certain items arrived sporadically, but the munitions at large remained behind," said Netanyahu.

Internet hopes Benjamin Netanyahu spills the beans during upcoming address

Netizens shared their expectation from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's congressional address on X in response to the news.

"That’s what happens when Biden publicly supports Israel and then consistently undercuts Israel behind the scenes to accommodate his Iranian buddies," wrote a social media user.

"They should be worried," stated another.

"Let's all hope Netanyahu tells the truth about the @POTUS admin," one person commented.

"Brandon has a lot to be worried about," another said.

"Biden is worried about hearing the truth from Netanyahu. The left tries to suppress truth to protect its godless interests," wrote one individual.
