NASHVILLE, TENNESSE: Jon Bon Jovi, the iconic rock singer, became an unexpected hero on Wednesday by intervening to prevent a woman from jumping off a bridge in Nashville, potentially saving her life, as reported by the New York Post.
The incident occurred while Bon Jovi was filming a music video for his song 'People’s House' on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge around 6 pm local time.

In footage released by the Metro Nashville Police Department, which has since been removed, Bon Jovi, along with another bystander, can be seen calmly talking to the distressed woman.
After a brief conversation, Bon Jovi and his companion successfully guided her back onto the pedestrian walkway. Following the rescue, Bon Jovi offered her a supportive hug before leaving the scene with her.
