The host of 'Property Brothers' shared a heartwarming Instagram video featuring the couple, accompanied by a collage of photos set to instrumental piano music. The caption complemented the collage-style presentation.
“Happy birthday @zooeydeschanel. Something tells me that this will be the best year yet! 😉🥰” Scott wrote.

When did Scott propose Zooey Deschanel?
Deschanel and Scott dated for three years before finally getting engaged in August 2023.
The HGTV star proposed to her during their family trip together in Scotland.
The actress's two children, Charlie Wolf (6) and Elsie Otter (8), also savored the moment and initially believed that the engagement was, in fact, a wedding.
