In a candid Instagram post on March 22nd, Justin Bieber opened up about the importance of staying true to himself.

The 31-year-old Grammy winner shared a video of himself jamming with a group of musicians, looking energetic and in high spirits.

However, in stark contrast, he reflected in the caption, writing, "I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic. Then I remember we're all being made to think we're not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people."

On the same day, Justin also posted another post where he addressed his anger issues, saying, "I got anger issues too but I wanna grow and not react so much smh."

The post accompanied a carousel of three photos, including a close-up selfie of him wearing a hoodie and a throwback image from his childhood.

Bieber’s recent social media posts have been filled with moments of self-reflection, including musings on feeling "unworthy" and having "nothing to prove."

On March 13, he shared a particularly raw message about struggling with self-worth. "People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve that,’ and I personally have always felt unworthy," he admitted.
