‘Just a call away’: Justin Bieber reveals why he ‘feels protective’ about Billie Eilish in resurfaced clip
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A video of 'Baby' singer Justin Bieber in tears has resurfaced on the Internet. In this video, an emotional Bieber talks about Billie Eilish and the flip side of fame.
The clip is from a 2020 interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, Apple Music. He was promoting his new album 'Changes' at that time.
Emotional Bieber talks about downside of fame
The host asks him his friendship with the ‘Ocean Eyes’ singer, and whether he feels protective about her.
“Yeah, I definitely feel protective of her," answered Bieber.
The artist added, "It was hard for me being that young and being in the industry and not knowing where to turn and everyone telling me they loved me and you know, just turning their back on you in a second," he added.
"I just kind of let her do her thing and if she ever needs me I'm going to be here for her," Bieber wiped tears off while saying this.
The ‘Peaches’ crooner further said, "I just want to protect her. I don't want her to lose it. I don't want her to go through anything I went through."
"I don't wish that upon anybody. So yeah, if she ever needs me, I'm just a call away."
Old video of Justin Bieber with Diddy goes viral
There’s another clip of Justin Bieber who is doing the rounds on social media. In this, the 15-year-old singer hangs out with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for a few days.
The music mogul, who is currently being investigated for sexual assault charges, looks into the camera along with Justin, reports TheMirror.

"He's having forty-eight hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we're doing we can't really disclose, but it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream," he says in the video.
Diddy, who was then 40 years old, added, "I don't have legal guardianship of him [Bieber] but for the next forty-eight hours he's with me and we're gonna go full crazy."
In the video, the baby-faced Bieber could be seen just smiling and looking up at Diddy. The rapper wore a black baseball cap and purple shirt.
