SAINT ROSE, LOUISIANA: Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, 25, has been praised for choosing to maintain a modest lifestyle, despite becoming the highest-paid wide receiver (WR) in the NFL.

This comes after a training camp interview where reporters asked him about his lifestyle and Jefferson explained why he continues to reside in a modest townhouse.

According to Totalprosports, Jefferson is featured in the new Netflix series, 'Receiver', which reveals he resides in a $405K home.

To provide context, the Netflix show 'Receiver', which focuses on wide receivers, is now available on the streaming platform.

A companion series to last year’s 'Quarterback' by Omaha Productions, this year's edition features George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Davante Adams, and Jefferson.

When reporters inquired about his choice during a training camp interview this week, he explained that since he doesn’t have a large family, he doesn’t see the need for a mansion.

According to Jeff Wald's X video, he said, “I’m one person, I ain’t got no big family. I don’t need to be in no $10 million mansion, that’s not something I came from.”

“I grew up with parents that were grateful for what they had, and I was grateful for what I grew up with,” he detailed. “I never grew up having no big old house, maybe I’ll move onto that, maybe not. I guess we’ll find out sooner or later.”

Earlier this year, Jefferson signed a record-breaking contract with the Vikings worth $140 million over four years, with $110 million guaranteed and $88.7 million fully guaranteed at signing.

Earning $35 million annually, Jefferson is now the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history. His contract includes a $36.9 million signing bonus for 2024 and a $30 million option bonus for 2025.
