MONTREAL, CANADA: Justin Timberlake faced a major awkward moment during the Montreal stop of his sold-out Forget Tomorrow World Tour, when one fan missed a personal serenade because she was too busy texting.

While the 'Sexyback' singer was performing his hit 'Flame' for a group of female front-row fans, most were ecstatic, singing along and reaching out for high fives. However, one woman had her head buried in her phone, completely unaware that Timberlake was singing directly to her.

Justin Timberlake leaned in, trying to grab her attention, but the oblivious fan didn’t look up. It wasn’t until another concertgoer tapped her on the shoulder that she realized what was happening - but by then, it was too late.

The 'Mirrors' singer had already moved on, leaving the fan scrambling to recover the moment by grabbing at his leg in desperation. Despite her efforts, Timberlake was long gone.

The awkward exchange was captured on video and quickly went viral on social media platforms.

The 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour' has been a massive success for Justin Timberlake, who has sold over a million tickets and garnered critical praise. Recently, the pop icon added eight new North American dates to meet fan demand.

During the Montreal show, Timberlake's wife, Jessica Biel, joined him to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary, with the singer giving her a special shoutout to the crowd. “It’s also a very special evening for me. My wife is here tonight, and tonight is our 12-year anniversary,” he said in one instance during the live show, as Biel watched him.

The pop singer also blew her a kiss as she enjoyed the show from the VIP section at Bell Centre. On Saturday, October 5, the celebrated singer-actor also shared a tour recap on his Instagram.

"So be nice to her Montreal, because she's sharing with all of you guys tonight," Justin Timberlake joked before placing his hand over his heart and directly addressed Jessica Biel, "I love you baby."

Timberlake later shared a clip from the night on Instagram, writing, “We back! Thank you @jessicabiel for sharing our anniversary with Montreal. LOVE Y’ALL!”

The proud wife later reposted the video over her Instagram Stories and added cute emojis. "Wouldn't want to spend it anywhere else ❤️," she wrote.

Timberlake and Biel got hitched in Italy on October 19, 2012, and share sons Silas, nine, and Phineas, four. Despite the awkward fan moment, the night was a huge success for Timberlake and his dedicated followers.
