THOUSAND OAKS, CALIFORNIA: Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey are grieving the loss of their cherished dog Blue.

This comes just over a month after they announced the passing of their other dog Kingy, the first they adopted as a couple.

Blue, who was adopted by the ‘Ozark’ actor in 2018, four years before starting a family with ‘The Big Bang Theory' actress, is the third dog the couple has bid farewell to in the past year.

Kaley Cuoco reasons why Tom Pelphrey's relationship with Blue was 'so special'

Both Cuoco and Pelphrey took to Instagram to post heartfelt tributes to the German Shepherd. Pelphrey reminisced about the moment Blue first joined his pack.

Cuoco wrote in her tribute, “I have cried harder over the loss of this gorgeous creature than I have in a long time,” adding “We have had to put down three dogs in the last year and this one has made me reflect …”

She continued, “I’m crying for @tommypelphrey …. The relationship he had with Blue was so special. They were quite the duo. Traveling the country as a team… job to job then driving home to California where we all settled as a family together!.”

Kaley Cuoco says Blue was initially insecure and 'didn’t want to share' Tom Pelphrey with her

Cuoco revealed how Blue felt kind of insecure when he saw her with Tom and that he wondered if she would stay.

“He didn’t love me the way he loved Tom," Cuoco said of the initial days with Blue.

"I had never experienced this before. All dogs love me! I could tell he was wondering why I was still here? lol Tom was his, and he didn’t want to share,” she further wrote.

However, that changed later, and as she said “Blue finally realized we were a family and we were all sticking together.”

“Blue, it was an honor to be your second favorite human down here on earth. I can’t wait for you to meet Norman, Sasha, Kingy, and Dumps. Oh the adventures you will have,” she added.

Tom Pelphrey and Blue were 'ALWAYS' together

Tom Pelphrey, was deeply attached to his dog Blue, and shared his heartfelt experiences with his beloved pet.

He expressed, “He was the most beautiful dog I’ve ever seen.” His bond with Blue was so strong that he added, “I wasn’t sure if I would be able to have people to my apartment ever again – I didn’t care.”

Blue was not just a pet for Tom, but a companion who accompanied him everywhere.

He said, “Blue went everywhere with me. I stopped flying for work – I drove to every job with Blue. All over the country and back.” Their nomadic lifestyle made him wonder about Blue’s perception of ‘home.'"

He mused, “In our years together I often wondered if he even thought we had a ‘home’ – we were constantly on to a new job and a new city.”

Despite the constant change, one thing remained constant  which was "we were always together.” But, "ALWAYS. He was my home. And I was his," he shared.

"He played ball with our baby girl Matilda… he played more gently and softly with her than the most cautious parent," he wrote further.
