TOKYO, JAPAN: Kanye West and Bianca Censori's friends believe that the controversial couple misled them about their divorce after they were spotted together in Japan a few hours after their separation rumors went public.

The couple's relationship appeared to be in trouble on Monday, October 7, as it was reported that they had been spending time apart in recent months. Moreover, Censori reportedly claimed the couple had been "drifting" apart.

However, the 47-year-old 'Donda' rapper and the 29-year-old Australian architect seemed to confirm they are still together as they were spotted cuddling up on Tuesday, October 8, when they reunited in Tokyo.

After being reported to be headed to Splitsville, the two were spotted shopping together in a Tokyo mall on Tuesday, dispelling divorce rumors that had arisen the day before.

West and Censori were seen approaching one other as they strolled through the mall. While riding the escalator to a higher floor, the model put her hands around her husband's face. She also wrapped her arm around West as they walked into a store, per Page Six.

Now that Censori previously declared that their marriage was on the rocks, her inner circle was left perplexed and furious. West had also been telling friends that he was over Censori and that he wanted to travel to Japan solo.

"Kanye and Bianca were responsible for the news that they were divorcing getting out there because this is what they both told people," a source told Daily Mail.

Although the insider did mention that "there is a chance they’ll reunite," those close to Censori told the Mail that she had been breaking the same news to loved ones during her most recent journey to her homeland. "She told her friends in Australia and he told anyone that was willing to listen," the source remarked.

Insiders have now suggested the couple might have decided to attract attention while the source said, "They knew that, by doing this, it would create some buzz and make them relevant as he tries to promote his new album."

"They both know that people are just over them and that her naked outfits are not enough to keep people interested. Everyone has seen her naked now there is nothing to wonder about," the source added.

Censori has gained notoriety for her incredibly provocative fashion taste ever since she was connected to West in 2023.

The source added: "They create some rumors that they are done, play into it by wiping socials and spending time apart and bam, they are back in the public interest. Her friends are starting to think that this is just pathetic."
