In a heartfelt message posted on her Instagram Boobie Broadcast Channel on March 24, Thurston informed her followers that her scheduled treatment had been postponed while she awaits further testing.

“My biopsy is scheduled Friday, which would have been my treatment day,” she wrote, adding, “We now wait.”

According to the reality star, her doctor is leaning toward a diagnosis of cancerous spots on the liver, which would classify her illness as stage 4.

“She seemed to be leaning more on the cancer in the liver vs. optimistic,” Thurston admitted.

“This would put me at stage 4. I’d love to hear from my sisters who are stage 4 in terms of quality of life, motherhood, etc,” she shared.

As part of the trial, she has been receiving chemotherapy alongside hormone therapy, including an injection of Zoladex designed to shrink tumors before surgery.

In a recent video, Thurston became visibly emotional while undergoing the injection, reflecting on her reaction to the pain.

“Do I cry too much? Hyperventilating too much? Not brave enough?” she questioned, adding “I’m here to stay as long as they’ll allow it.”

In addition to cancer treatment, Thurston is undergoing IVF to freeze her eggs, preserving the possibility of becoming a mother after her battle with cancer.

"We said ‘I do’ on March twenty two,” she captioned the post.

While the couple plans to hold a larger wedding ceremony next spring after Thurston completes her cancer treatment, she expressed deep gratitude for Arcuri’s support during this difficult time.

“It was this kind gesture of him saying, truly, in sickness and in health,” she told Us Weekly.

“He is proving that he’s here to stay. He shows up every day and he does it in ways that just continue to surprise,” she shared.
