SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, SPAIN: It seems Katy Perry has now decided to publicly embarrass her exes amid her whirlwind romance with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The 41-year-old singer has been involved with quite a few big names in the past, like Matthew Thiessen, Diplo, John Mayer, and Orlando Bloom. Perry was also married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012.
The 'Roar' hitmaker is also the mother of a daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, 5, whom she shares with her ex-fiance Bloom. They were together for nine years before calling it quits in 2025.
Katy Perry appears to ignore calls from all her exes during Spain concert
Now, a clip has gone viral showing Perry singing ‘Never Really Over’ at the O Son do Camino festival in Santiago de Compostela on Thursday, June 18.
The footage also highlights a giant iPhone placed on the stage as it receives fake phone calls from contacts, including Diplo, as well as a mix of initials like “JM,” which appeared to be referring to Mayer, “RB,” believed to be Brand, and “OB,” which could be Bloom.
Perry ignored and cut all the calls, but when the phone showed a call coming from “JPJT”, a clear reference to Justin Pierre James Trudeau, she did not ignore it and picked it up immediately.
Katy Perry feels 'more grounded' with Justin Trudeau
This came after the ‘Dark Horse’ hitmaker called her new beau the “love of my life.”
At the premiere of her concert film ‘Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour’ during the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City in early June, she declared, “I feel like a more grounded person in so many aspects of my life.”
“I fly super high and touch the veil... cosmos... and sometimes I need to be anchored. So, to have that anchor finally makes me feel really whole now,” Perry added.
Katy Perry insists on following 'inner butterfly'
During the event, the singer-songwriter also asked the audience to follow their “inner butterfly.”
“I did follow the butterfly, and I never knew really what the butterfly meant to me. But it was a metamorphosis, and it still continues to be a metamorphosis, and I would give that advice to everyone to follow the inner butterfly inside of them,” she stated.
“Every day is a fantastic journey, and every day is a chance to evolve and to be a better person and do the right thing and to be a model for your community, for your family, for your world,” the pop star added.
