WASHINGTON, DC: Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany warned her viewers that Kamala Harris' triumph in the next November election would prove to be disastrous for the country but the moniker she used to characterize the presumed Democratic Presidential nominee went over quite differently on social media.

"Prepare for Kamala Camelot," she told Jesse Watters on 'Jesse Waters Primetime' on Wednesday night, July 24. "Prepare for the mythologized age of the Kennedys, the shining administration on a hill — prepare for Kamalot."

"Kamalot is coming your way," McEnany continued. "Beyonce already greenlighted her using the 'Freedom' song. Kamalot is here, and everyone needs to be prepared."

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis previously referred to John F Kennedy as 'Camelot'

Politicians, kings, and other world leaders have frequently referred to Camelot, the court and castle that is part of the legend of King Arthur, to inspire courage and wisdom in their constituents and the general public, reported The Wrap.

Before McEnany combined the terms "Kamala" and "Camelot" to create the "Kamalot" phrase, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis associated the notion of Camelot when former president John F Kennedy was assassinated in 1963.

The president's widow first used the term in an interview with Life Magazine that December.

Onassis closed the interview with a quote from the musical 'Camelot', "Don't let it be forgot, that once there was a spot, for one brief, shining moment that was known as Camelot. There'll be great presidents again … but there will never be another Camelot."

Kamala Harris' coconut tree memes are also making circles around Internet

The vice president talked about improving chances for Hispanic people and making investments in the lives of young people, their elders, and the community at large during a speech at the White House on May 10, 2023.

"Because none of us just live in a silo. Everything is in context," she explained in the speech, per People.

"My mother used to — she would give us a hard time sometimes, and she would say to us, 'I don’t know what’s wrong with you young people. You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?'" the 59-year-old continued with a chuckle. Then after a beat, she added in a more solemn tone, "You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you."

After Joe Biden announced on Sunday, July 21, 2024, that he was withdrawing from the 2024 presidential run and supporting Harris for the Democratic ticket, his followers, dubbed the KHive, started posting coconut and tree emojis on social media.

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and EMILYs List added the two emojis to their usernames after Colorado Governor Jared Polis published a message with the emojis and an American flag.

The meme quickly gained popularity when Hawaii Senator Brian Schatz shared a picture of himself scaling a coconut tree along with the encouraging message, "Madam Vice President, we are ready to help."

Shortly after endorsing Harris, Illinois Gov JB Pritzker, who is a rumored candidate to be her running mate, responded to speculation about his political future by writing, "You think I just fell out of a coconut tree?"

PR executive Ryan Aguirre shared an altered image of an at-home test including a coconut and a tree graphic on the control and positive test results, mocking the president's latest Covid-19 diagnosis. "Biden’s COVID Test," he wrote in the caption of the post, which now has over 47K likes.

Kayleigh McEnany calling Kamala Harris 'Kamalot' gets Internet talking

Netizens reacted to Kayleigh McEnany's viral clip where she described the current US Vice President as "Kamalot."

Writer Armand Hamouth said on X (formerly Twitter), "Camelot was the perfect dream realized. If the Republicans are praising VP Harris to this degree, look for a landslide win for Kamala and a blue tsunami for the Democrats."

Another tweet read "Kamalot is like the coolest moniker ever. Is Kayleigh a Kamstan too?"

Music and video editor Carlos AR de L expressed skepticism that the moniker was seriously meant negatively, "Does she think that [calling] her Kamalot is bad? Really??"

"Kamalot sounds great to me!" remarked one more user.
