Kyle Jacobs' parents' response to Kellie Pickler
Reed and Sharon Jacobs hold Kellie Pickler in violation of their subpoena for refusing to turn over the items that they insist belong to their late son's estate.
While they admitted visiting the couple's home to collect specific items, Reed and Sharon insisted that it was done at the invitation of Pickler and her counsel. They further argued that they should not have to provide a list of items that they removed, as those were picked out by Pickler.
The parents stated that the ownership of the property was outlined in a prenup agreement signed by Pickler and Jacobs before their marriage, urging the dismissal of the recent lawsuit filed by their daughter-in-law.
