Fans joke Kelly Osbourne has had a 'full head transplant' as she shares new photo
Despite the casual tone, followers and other netizens were quick to notice that Kelly Osbourne looked strikingly different in the photo.

One Instagram user commented, “Lots of money and a good plastic surgeon and we can all be this beautiful 😀," and another said, “Wow amazing what tons of plastic surgery, ozempic and money can do.”
A person joked, “Full head transplant 😂😂😂,” while someone else added, “😳 Totally different head.”
"Looks completely different than when she was on that show The Osbournes," an individual observed. A baffled fan wrote, "WHO IS THAT?? Wft...."

Kelly Osbourne is a 'huge fan' of plastic surgery but denies undergoing any procedures herself
Kelly Osbourne, daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and TV star Sharon Osbourne, has denied having plastic surgery despite openly supporting cosmetic procedures.
She previously revealed she had undergone gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, which resulted in an 85 lbs (38 kg) weight loss. She also admitted to getting injections to reshape her jaw due to TMJ issues.
“I am a huge fan of plastic surgery. What it does for people is amazing. It can change people's lives and give them the confidence they've been lacking, and make people feel beautiful in the way they want to feel beautiful," Kelly told People in May 2024.
“But I've never done anything but Botox. I'm too scared. I've always been in the camp of, if you think it's broken, fix it. You don't have to be stuck with a nose you hate for the rest of your life," she said at the time.
"So yes, I'm a huge fan,” Kelly explained.

She attributed her fear to witnessing her mother Sharon’s experiences, saying, “I watched my mum go through every recovery from everything she's ever had done, and it looks awful.”
Kelly Osbourne's mother Sharon has undergone multiple procedures which she now regrets
Sharon Osbourne, 72, has undergone a range of cosmetic procedures over the years, including a full facelift, tummy tuck, eyelift, breast implants, abdominoplasty, and Botox.

She has also been open about her Ozempic use, which led her to lose "three stone [42 pounds] in four months," as she revealed to The Guardian in February. However, Sharon called the weight loss "too much."
"I now weigh seven stone and can’t put on weight," she further told the outlet.
During an appearance on Howie Mandel’s podcast, she opened up about the adverse effects of Ozempic use, saying, "I can't put on weight now, and I don't know what it's done to my metabolism, but I just can't seem to put any on, because I think I went too far."
"I need to put on 10lb, but however much I eat, I stay the same weight," she recently told the Daily Mail.
"I’ve had enough. I’ve given up on all interventions. I couldn’t have much more facial surgery — there’s not that much skin left to stretch, pull or cut. And I won’t have any more fillers or Botox," Sharon said, sharing her regrets.
She added, "I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with the way I look. But I’m now satisfied. It’s taken years for me to say this but I’ve learned my lesson. This is me. It’s finally time to leave well alone."
