MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: Kellyanne Conway, a former Counselor to the President under Donald Trump's administration, gave a strange reason why former presidents should envy the Republican nominee. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with his presidential policies or actions.

Speaking on the third day of the Republican National Convention at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Wednesday, July 17, Conway, the ex-Trump campaign manager, highlighted the real estate mogul's wealth, his passion for golf, and the possession of several golf courses as his major achievements. She showered her praises on Trump, who narrowly escaped an assassination attempt from a potentially fatal gunshot during his Pennsylvania rally last week.

Kellyanne Conway's bizarre reasons why Trump is the envy of his predecessors

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Acyn, the senior digital editor at Meidas Touch, Conway pointed out that eight years later, Trump and his family have once again made sacrifices to support his presidential run and service as president.

"Donald Trump could be the envy of former presidents. He's a billionaire who could play golf every day at his own golf courses," she claimed.

"He can enjoy a magnificent life with his incredible five children, his ten amazing grandchildren, and that extraordinary, elegant, beautiful, brilliant wife," Conway continued, describing Melania Trump as the "former and future first lady."

According to Forbes, Trump's net worth is $7.5 billion. He owns more than a dozen golf courses spread in the United States, Scotland, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates.

Despite mentioning Melania and all of the Trump offspring, the ex-first lady and the former first daughter, Ivanka Trump, had been a notable absence on the convention floor. Barron Trump also did not appear alongside his father. In addition, neither was featured on the list of keynote speakers at the RNC convention.

The former president's son, Eric Trump, assured Ivanka and Melania would attend the conference, which would end on July 18. Speaking on 'CBS Mornings' on Wednesday, he said, "They're coming in full force and effect, so they'll certainly be here," as per The Hill.

Both kept a low profile since the MAGA spearhead announced his third presidential bid. The latter hardly appeared alongside her husband on the campaign trail, and Ivanka's absence indicated her lack of interest in serving in a potential second Trump administration.

Internet blasts Kellyanne Conway for praising Donald Trump

Social media users called out Conway's 'pathetic' description of the ex-president's billionaire status and golfing as an envious factor for his predecessors. Many also pointed out that all he did during his term was play golf.

"She's so obnoxious," a user said.

@KellyannePolls really, being able to golf on their own golf course is the envy of others?? How about decency and integrity…? This whole convention is like the worst SNL sketch…the very worst," remarked another.

"The problem here Kellyanne is that he golfed while nearly a million died from Covid-19 under his watch. Literally told ppl to ingest bleach and discouraged preventative measures such as wearing masks yet got immediate help with real medication when he got Covid-19," added a third user.

"@KellyannePolls you’re just as full of stupid shit as you were 8 years ago! Lying for you is like breathing!" Read a fourth response.

"Did she say anything about Trump's ability to govern? No?" noted another person.

"Kellyanne ConJob says what…she’s the queen of gaslighting," someone else opined.

"If boot licking was a profession this would be it," an individual wrote.

"This idea is ridiculous. He loves the attention and power. Before politics he was the butt of jokes in American pop culture. Now he’s still is to more than half of us, plus the rest of the world. But he gets to be beloved by nearly half of America. This is what he wants," another user added.

"Ms. 'Alternative facts' herself. She’s just never done embarrassing herself," read one  remark.
