LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kevin Costner and Jewel have a mutual attraction that goes beyond their recent tennis fundraiser on Necker Island where they were seen getting close.
Even as the 'Yellowstone' star is reportedly having fun after contentious Christine Baumgartner divorce, his recent relationship rumours with Jewel are not new.

A source told People, “The relationship between Kevin and Jewel is fresh but not brand new. There is very big attraction on both sides.”
The source also says that Jewel is not interested in casual dating and that Costner enjoys being in a relationship.
“Jewel likes Kevin’s type and Kevin likes to be in a relationship, so this is cool,” the source further stated, adding "He is having fun after his contentious divorce. He is glad that is over.”

Costner and Baumgartner finalized their divorce after four months court battle. The couple reached divorce after spending 18 years in marriage. Costner and ex-wife Christine filed for divorce earlier this year in May and the pair reached a settlement in September.
The former couple share sons Cayden Wyatt and Hayes Logan and daughter Grace Avery. In addition, Costner is a father to four older children from previous relationships: Annie, Lily, Joe and Liam.

“Every year, my foundation @inspiringchildren and I go to Necker Island to help host a tennis event w @richardbranson to raise funds for our kids,” the singer wrote.

She added, “@kevincostnermodernwest was kind enough to mentor our kids this year, and Sir Richard was his usual inspiring self- who also plays a mean game of doubles!” Jewel is mother to son Kase, 12, whom she shares with her ex-husband Ty Murray.
Costner was also rumored to be dating Reese Witherspoon in early November, but a representative for Witherspoon denied the claims. He said, “This story is completely fabricated and not true.”
