LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian is stepping into an unexpected role whether she likes it or not. The reality star, entrepreneur, and mother of four recently admitted that she feels "forced" into being a "momager" for her eldest daughter, North West.

On Erin and Sara Foster's 'The World’s First Podcast', the 44-year-old mother of four opened up about the challenges of raising children under the relentless glare of fame.

Kim Kardashian shared that she is careful about making sure that her four children, North West, 11, Saint West, 9, Chicago West, 7, and Psalm West, 5, who she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West, don't "feel like they have to be in our shadows."

About taking on a "momager" role for her eldest daughter, Kim said, "She'll get an offer to do a photo shoot or something. And like, we really sit and talk about it as a family. Like, 'Should she do this? What's too much? What's not?'"

The SKIMS founder admitted that she "can't" protect her children's youth because "they're already in" the spotlight "because just of who their parents are."

Kim noted that she walks a fine line between supporting North’s ambitions and preserving her childhood. ''I try to protect that and be so mindful like them being their own people and them not feeling like they have to, you know, be in our shadows," the reality star shared.

"But when these things come about, she (North) wants to do it so badly. She wants to even if it's not her craft or she wants to learn. She just genuinely wants to do it, and then the other kids will get voiceovers, and then I'll hear them so proud of each other when they do it and want to go and support, and they all want one," she added.

Kim Kardashian on juggling motherhood and fame

Kim Kardashian may be a global business mogul, but at home, she’s just a mom and lately, that role has become even more demanding. The reality star recently shared how she’s balancing her busy career and has fallen into the "morning madness," with the growing ambitions of her children despite her hectic schedule.

The 44-year-old admitted that her mornings have turned into chaos. With North stepping into the entertainment world, she also finds herself making sacrifices to support her daughter’s dreams.

"You know, if North has something and I have to take off filming to do something with her, it just has to be a family decision," she explained. "And really important to her. There's so much that I've stopped because it's too much, and I'm really not ready to be a momager, and I'm kind of forced into this."
