MILTON, GEORGIA: Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have sold their sprawling Georgia mansion for $2.75 million after nearly two years of price reductions and financial struggles.

The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate, featured prominently on their reality TV show 'Don’t Be Tardy', was initially listed for $6 million but faced multiple price cuts as the couple battled foreclosure threats and a tumultuous split, according to TMZ.

The estranged couple purchased the mansion in 2012 for $880,000 and the property quickly became a symbol of the couple’s lavish lifestyle.

The mansion had amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, wine cellar, arcade, and home theater.

However, financial woes plagued the former couple in recent years, culminating in a foreclosure notice in 2023 after they defaulted on mortgage payments.

In October 2023, a judge ordered them to live in separate quarters within the mansion. Zolciak was in the basement/nanny quarters and Biermann was in the primary suite while sharing common spaces.

"Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission," read the court documents.

The judge also noted, "Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children."
