This two-day tournament, organized by Nike, brought together the top high school basketball players in the area, reflecting Kobe's dedication to nurturing young talent and his commitment to the sport.

The Mamba League Invitational serves as a powerful reminder of Kobe's lasting impact on the game of basketball. His 'Mamba Mentality,' a philosophy centered on relentless hard work, focus, and a passion for excellence, continues to inspire athletes around the world.

The tournament not only honors Kobe's contributions to the sport but also ensures that his teachings will be passed down to future generations of players.

In conjunction with the Invitational, Vanessa also released a new line of sportswear called the LA Royal collection, under the Mamba and Mambacita Sports brand.

This exclusive drop was designed to pay homage to both Kobe and their late daughter, Gianna Bryant, who tragically lost her life alongside her father in the 2020 helicopter crash.

"Throughout Kobe’s entire career, he gave his heart to the city of Los Angeles while wearing purple and gold, and these colors represent his deep love for the game, the Lakers, and the city of Los Angeles," Vanessa wrote in an Instagram post announcing the collection.

"We hope you enjoy this collection, and always remember to strive for excellence with your Mamba Mentality and to most importantly, Play Gigi’s Way 🦋🦋✨🦋🦋#MambaForever #PlayGigisWay #Mamba #Mambacita," Vanessa added.

In a gesture of generosity, Vanessa announced that all net proceeds from the LA Royal collection would be donated to the Mambacita Sports organization, which aims to provide opportunities for young female athletes.
