Kris Jenner quips she would be 'broke' if she spends one-on-one time with her 13 grandchildren
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kris Jenner made some unexpected comments about how she approaches spending meaningful time with her 13 grandchildren aged from four months to 14 years old, with Kendall Jenner being the only one who hasn't started a family yet.
The 68-year-old Kardashian matriarch revealed why she was unwilling to spend quality time with her grandchildren one-on-one, stating that she made a "mistake" by taking her eldest one, Mason, out to dinner.

Kris Jenner claims she will go 'broke' if she 'really gets to know' her 13 grandkids
Even with a fortune estimated at $200 million, Jenner expressed worries about time and money, stating that spending a significant amount of time one-on-one with each grandchild would cost half a month's worth of resources.
"I often say to myself that I really should be the kind of grandmother that takes my grandchild to dinner, like once a month," she remarked at Los Angeles Magazine's The LA Woman Luncheon, per Daily Mail.
Jenner added: "Like really get to know your grandchild and see what's happening in school and all this stuff. And I thought if I did that, that would take half a month, just to go out to dinner with my grandkids."
"And I am like, nope not going to do that. They're not getting that out of me."

Following a recent supper with her daughter Kourtney Kardashian's 14-year-old son Mason, Jenner claimed she felt strongly enough to decide against taking them out.
She told Mason that if he abstained from alcohol and drugs before turning 16, she would purchase him a car.
Jenner said, "I think I did make a little mistake because I took Mason out to dinner, and I was in a really good mood. I probably had a vodka or something, I don't know I wasn't driving."
"But we met at dinner because he likes to go have sushi and I was like, 'Listen if you don't drink or do drugs until you're sixteen, and you can prove it – you know it involves testing and all sorts of stuff – I will buy you a car for your sixteenth birthday'," the momager continued.
"And he loved that and what I realized that I have to do that 13 times," Jenner said and quipped, "I'm going broke! Thirteen times."
Kris Jenner loves spending quality time with her grandchildren
While Jenner doesn't have much one-on-one time with her expanding family, she still manages to spend quality time with her grandchildren.
The reality TV personality admitted that seeing them most days makes her "happy," though she worries that she won't have enough money to buy them all meals and promises of cars.
"My little thing at the end of the day when I am getting ready for bed, I say, 'How many of my grandkids did I get to see today?' And that’s really a thing I do every single day. I count," she said.
Jenner added: "And yesterday I was at Kim’s office... and some of my grandchildren came in and they were walking by and I’m like, 'Hold on one, two', trying to count to see how far I get. But it’s like my thing. I love it, makes me very happy."

Apart from Mason, Jenner is also the grandmother of Kourtney's son, Reign, 8, and daughter, Penelope, 11, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Scott Disick. She also had a baby boy, Rocky, in November 2023 with her husband, Travis Barker.
Kim Kardashian, the daughter of Jenner, is also a mother of four kids from her marriage with Kanye West. North, 10, is followed by Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 4.
While Kylie Jenner is a mother to Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2, with her ex-partner Travis Scott, Khloe Kardashian is the mother to True, 5, and Tatum, 19 months, with Tristan Thompson.
Kendall Jenner is the only Kardashian family member who hasn't added a grandchild to the list thus far. Rob Kardashian completes the group with his 7-year-old daughter Dream.
