Kristen Bell reveals husband Dax Shepard's wild reaction to her 'hot' chemistry with co-star Adam Brody

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kristen Bell recently revealed she has got her husband Dax Shepard hooked to her latest project ‘Nobody Wants This’. 

While Bell’s chemistry with co-star Adam Brody has already become the talk of the town, her husband too got the wind of it! However, instead of getting jealous, Shepard rather agrees with the internet chatter that Bell’s sizzling chemistry with Brody has just gone over the charts. 

During a recent interview with eTalk, the 44-year-old ‘Bad Moms’ star recently opened up about the ‘Armchair Expert’ host’s reaction to seeing her off-the-charts chemistry with onscreen lover Adam Brody, 44.

Appearing in an interview with Adam Brody on eTalk, Kristen Bell opened up about her on-screen chemistry with ‘The OC’ star in their hit Netflix rom-com, saying, "Who knows why our chemistry on screen—like once you add that lens—why it comes across the way it does," reported Perez Hilton.

However, she acknowledges the sizzling chemistry, noting, "But like, even I can acknowledge that watching it, I'm like, 'Whoa, that's hot.'"

Their onscreen connection, however, got another fan in the form of her husband of more than ten years, who was apparently rooting for the characters to kiss. 

Recalling her husband’s reaction, Bell shared, "My husband said the same thing, like watching the first episode, he was like, 'Oh my God, I want you to kiss him so badly.'"

Netflix’s ‘Nobody Wants This’ revolves around the story of an agnostic podcaster Joanne (Bell) and a Jewish rabbi Noah (Brody) falling in love with each other amidst all odds. 

Thus, as the unlikely couple came together for the first time and had their first kiss, it was enough to set the internet on fire. 

Nevertheless, the ‘Veronica Mars’ alum critically analyzed the onscreen pair’s first kiss that became an online sensation. 

"There's a palpability to [our chemistry], and I like to—I'm not trying to be reductive, but I think there's a math to it, which is you have to have two actors that know how to stare dopily into each other's eyes, and you have to have the confidence to expand that, and really sit in the anticipatory value before the kiss, which I think is really important," explained Bell about the technicalities of the kiss.

This is, however, not the first time that the ‘Frozen’ star is talking about the kiss. Bell, previously praised Brody, who has been married to ‘Gossip Girl’ alum Leighton Meester since 2014, for improvising one of the fan-favorite kisses. 

In that scene, Joanne and Noah were talking on the street when Brody’s character told her to put down her ice cream so he could kiss her. 

Described as "the world's greatest kiss” in the script, Bell gushed that Brody took the kiss a notch above through his considerations, according to InStyle.

She shared in an interview with MTV, "My greatest memory is that I wasn't prepared for Adam to put his hands on my face as he did with so many of the kisses," before adding, "I was like, 'Oh, this is gonna work.'"

In another interview with TV Line, she admitted it was "probably the best on-screen kiss I've ever done."
