Kristin Cavallari, who has three children with Jay Cutler, briefly addressed the situation on her 'Let’s Be Honest' podcast, making it clear she would not discuss the matter further.

TMZ reported Cutler was arrested after rear-ending another vehicle and allegedly offering the driver $2,000 to avoid calling the police.

However, police were called, and upon their arrival, they noticed that Cutler had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol, and was slurring his speech.

The former NFL player refused to take a field sobriety test and was subsequently arrested.

Upon searching Cutler’s vehicle, officers found a rifle in the backseat and a loaded Glock handgun.

The former Chicago Bears quarterback was later charged with DUI, gun possession, failure to exercise due care, and a violation of the implied consent law.

Cutler posted a $5,000 bond and was released that night on October 17.
