Kylie Jenner sets 'strict rules' for BF Timothee Chalamet when they're apart, claims source

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet have been spending a lot of time together but 'The Kardashians' star might still be worried that the 'Dune' actor may dump her like a hot potato at some point, and his wandering gaze is still a major worry.

The beauty mogul reportedly worries that if she isn't careful, the 'Wonka' star might slip through her fingers as "there are women throwing themselves at him."

As a result, she has gone to some great lengths to make sure Chalamet is acting appropriately, particularly when they are compelled to stay apart.

Initially connected to the 'A Complete Unknown' actor in April 2023, the beauty mogul is said to be concerned about being the girlfriend of one of the biggest movie stars of this generation.

The 27-year-old mother of two has reportedly established some "strict rules" for the 29-year-old because the situation had grown so serious. One of them is that he needs to keep her informed while they are away. Another is that he lets her know where he is so she can monitor him.

A source recently said, "Kylie's been coping with it by giving him strict rules. When they’re apart he has to check in with her and she’s even got him sharing his location so that she can keep track of where is," as per OK! Magazine.

"Obviously, that’s not fool proof because he could easily leave his phone at home if he wanted to sneak around but it does give her some peace of mind. Still she’s living in a state of anxiety most of the time because she’s so worried about losing him," they added.

According to earlier reports, Jenner refused to accompany Chalamet on the Golden Globes red carpet as she supposedly didn't want to detract attention from her boyfriend's special night.

However, some admirers believe Jenner is shrinking in order to fit in with Chalamet's lifestyle and ascent to fame. They feel that she shouldn't be concealing her own fame and reputation to try to give him the impression that she is the better partner.

The insider further claimed that although Kylie Jenner is often spotted on Timothee Chalamet's arm, "She knows that anytime she’s not right by his side, there are women throwing themselves at him."

Many were taken aback by Jenner and the 'Call Me By Your Name' star's relationship when it was revealed in 2023.

Since then, they've been spotted hanging out at each other's homes, and the mother of two in particular has openly supported her boyfriend's work, particularly as he continues to receive nominations.

Chalamet recently received a Golden Globe nod for his role in the Bob Dylan biopic, 'A Complete Unknown' but his girlfriend doesn't always prioritize his A-list reputation.

The source said, "It’s extra tough because he’s this huge movie star so it’s not just average women that he’s crossing paths with. He’s surrounded by gorgeous actresses and models."

Even for Jenner, who is so famous, wealthy, and attractive, "it’s impossible not to feel threatened." Chalamet is also said to be like a "kid in a candy store" in terms of his rapidly booming career.

A different insider stated, "There’s a double-edged sword to his extreme jump in popularity over the past year," regarding the 'Wonka' star.

"It’s put him in a bubble, bloated his entourage, and robbed him of his last bits of anonymity. But it also means that women do not say no to him, ever, and are totally open to no-strings-attached brief encounters. Temptation is everywhere," the source said.

According to the insider, Jenner "wouldn’t think of cheating on Timothee," even if she could have pretty much any guy she wants.

The source concluded by saying, "Even though she didn’t want to label their relationship, she thought he was The One. Little did she know he’s a raging player. Women are definitely his vice."

Even though Jenner may be worried about her relationship with Chalamet, the two have recently appeared to be more solid than ever.

Besides their date night at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, the duo were recently spotted enjoying a romantic date night in Paris.
