PARIS, FRANCE: Lady Gaga confirmed her engagement to longtime partner Michael Polansky after she referred to the tech entrepreneur as her "fiance" at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

The couple was recently spotted in Paris, where the New York-based songstress, born Stefani Germanotta, performed at the Olympics opening ceremony. She performed a rendition of 'Mon Truc en Plumes' by French superstar Zizi Jeanmaire.

Lady Gaga, 38, was spotted talking to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Gaga can be heard referring to Michael Polansky as "my fiance" in a TikTok shared by Attal on Sunday, July 28, while the three of them watched a swimming competition.

In the video uploaded on TikTok, the 'Bad Romance' singer told the French Prime Minister, "This is my fiance, Michael," referring to her tech entrepreneur boyfriend, per Page Six.

 

The noteworthy introduction occurred on Friday, July 26, during the opening ceremony, when the politician greeted Gaga and praised her for her "stunning performance."

It followed after the 'Bad Romance' hitmaker referred to Polansky as "my mister" during one of her last Las Vegas residency performances earlier in July.

As per People, Gaga and Polansky were first romantically linked following pictures of them sharing a kiss at a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas in 2020. They revealed their romance to the world just a few weeks later during a PDA-filled Super Bowl 2020 weekend in Miami.

The couple was placed in quarantine together during the early stages of the Covid-19 outbreak, a source close to the 13-time Grammy Award winner earlier revealed. They camped over at Gaga's house and became close, per the informant.

Gaga and Polansky have attended the Super Bowl, the BAFTAs, and the Critics Choice Awards together throughout their time together, per Daily Mail.

Despite regularly sharing photos of her time in France on social media, the musician has not officially confirmed her engagement to Polansky.
