Lala Kent shares major health update after pre-cancer diagnosis: 'I know that sounds terrifying'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lala Kent is facing a serious health challenge after doctors diagnosed a growth in her right eye as pre-cancerous.
The 'Vanderpump Rules' alum shared the emotional update with her followers on social media.

Lala Kent says she ‘obsessed over’ odd eye discoloration for nearly two months
Lala Kent told her Instagram followers in a video through Instagram Story that she had “been obsessing over” the change in her eye, which began “maybe a month and a half, two months ago, where it was like the slightest bit of discoloration” on the sclera, the white part of the eye.
She continued, “This is so weird, like what is that? Like, a week and a half ago [it] started to look like a blister to me.”
After seeing an eye doctor who suspected it might be an inflamed pinguecula or an allergic reaction, she was prescribed eye drops.
But when those didn’t work, she decided to seek a second opinion from a more experienced specialist.
Kent is a mom to Ocean, 4, with ex-fiance Randall Emmett, and Sosa, eight months, via a sperm donor.

Lala Kent shares her biopsy update
'The Give Them Lala' podcaster returned to Instagram to share her biopsy results. “Alright, you guys, I have an update on the eye,” she began.
“So I got a text with the doctor that I went and saw last night at 10:30 p.m. I’m so grateful," Kent said.
"He said, ‘The specialist can see you tomorrow at 9 a.m.’ So I was there at 9 a.m., she looked at it, she said that it is pre-cancer and she said, ‘I want to start you on chemotherapy drops.’”
Lala Kent breaks down after hearing 'terrifying' diagnosis
Lala Kent admitted the diagnosis was overwhelming. “Now, I know that sounds terrifying. I cried obviously because when you hear that word [cancer],” she said.
She added that her doctor wants her to begin chemotherapy drops as part of her treatment.
“She said, ‘I want you to do the chemo drops for three months. We’re gonna do a week of them and go off for three weeks, and we’re gonna do that for three months.’ At that point in time, God willing, it kills all the cancerous cells," Ken revealed.
She said, "If it doesn’t, we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it and talk about surgery. So there’s the update.”
Kent is slated to appear on the current season of 'The Valley' and at the upcoming 'BravoCon' event later this year, per the Independent.
