Lara Trump, married to President Trump’s son Eric, has received praise from Suzanne Scott, CEO of Fox News Media.

Speaking to The New York Times on Wednesday, Scott said, "Lara was a total professional and a natural when she was with us years ago. She is very talented and is a strong, effective communicator with great potential as a host."

She added, "As I cover the success of The Golden Age of America, I look forward to where this time will lead our country and where this opportunity will lead me in the future."

Lara also took to X (formerly Twitter), saying, "SO excited! See you Saturday nights on @FoxNews !!! 🇺🇸."

Lara Trump is not only facing criticism from online users but also from a senior fellow at Media Matters for America.

Voicing his concerns on X, he wrote, "Donald Trump's daughter-in-law goes from Fox contributor to RNC chair to Fox host, you really can't think of the network as independent from the White House in any way right now."
