Lara Trump ripped for launching her clothing line after Ivanka: 'Milking every single dime they can'
JUPITER, FLORIDA: Lara Trump has followed in the footsteps of her sister-in-law, Ivanka, and has started her line of clothing and pitched it as "patriotism, performance and style all in one."
Notably, a website for the 'Lara Trump Collection' mentioned that the merchandise will be available starting Thursday, November 21, according to The Hill.
Lara Trump starts her own clothing line
President-elect Donald Trump's daughter-in-law announced about her clothing line in an Instagram post. In the post, Lara could be seen wearing a workout outfit from her new brand.
The caption of the post read, "The LT Brand by Lara Trump Collection isn’t just activewear—it’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and patriotism. Designed for women from all walks of life, it’s made for the achievers, the go-getters, and those striving to be their best every single day."

It continued, "As a triathlete, former track runner, wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I wanted to create something that reflects my passions, beliefs, and lifestyle."
The post added, "LT Brand combines style, comfort, and performance, all while supporting American workers and factories. Every piece is handcrafted in the USA because I believe in bringing jobs back home and making a difference where it matters most."
She concluded the post by saying, "I can’t wait to share this journey with you and inspire you to feel strong, look great, and embrace the best version of YOU."
Ivanka Trump's clothing line
This is not the first instance when a Trump-clothing line has made its way to people. Ivanka Trump also had her namesake fashion brand, IT Collection, but announced in 2018 that she would be shutting it down to focus on her work in Washington as part of her father’s first administration.
She said in July 2018, according to The Atlantic, "After 17 months in Washington, I do not know when or if I will ever return to the business. but I do know that my focus for the foreseeable future will be the work I am doing here in Washington."
After her announcement, major retailers like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Hudson's Bay cited low sales for her brand, and dropped it from their inventory, according to Teen Vogue.
However, there were other stores, including Bloomingdales, Walmart and Amazon, where her clothing and accessories could be purchased despite the business getting shut.
